The Peregrine Falcon's Busy Season

For thirteen years, peregrine falcons have nested on the 37th floor of the Gulf Tower in downtown Pittsburgh; however, last year was the first known nesting at The University of Pittsburgh's Cathedral of Learning. This year, for the first time, both sites can be viewed online. WPC Charles Bier has put together a general calendar of the peregrine falcon breeding cycle that will be visible online.
Today's photo of an inquisitive peregrine was taken from atop the Gulf Tower.
