A Camouflaging Fawn

WPC President Larry Schweiger submitted today's WPC Daily sent by a friend --

A family in Bend, Oregon found this fawn on their front steps a few weeks ago and took this photo. The white spots on the steps are apple blossom petals – a great job of camouflage! The fawn stayed there all morning and the female returned after 4 to 5 hours. A gold star for the people who left the fawn alone, knowing the mother would be back.
