Fish for Free at The Point in Pittsburgh Every Wednesday

Everyone is welcome to come fishing with the free lunchtime fishing group – The Downtown TriAnglers – who meet every Wednesday at Point State Park from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. It is a little known fact that Pittsburgh's rivers are now cleaner and that there are great fishing opportunities right here Downtown. So to celebrate the great fishing, Venture Outdoors is sponsoring a weekly fishing get-together. Fishing instructor Karen Gainey will be on hand to help the novice and expert alike to learn more about this great Downtown destination and possibly land a trophy catch.
