Get WPC Daily Every Morning! WPC's Community Gardens Peregrine Falcon News Fallingwater WPC's Conservation Programs Sustainable Farmland
December 1, 2004

Dear WPC Daily Subscriber:

Thank for your loyal interest in Western Pennsylvania Conservancy's WPC Daily. You are among many conservation-minded individuals who are greeted each morning by a reminder of the connection between man and nature.

For almost two years, we have been producing WPC Dailies and we felt it was a good time for our subscribers to tell us what they think about this service. In a recent survey many of our subscribers took the time to share with us what they liked about WPC Daily and what changes they would like to see. The frequency (i.e. every day) and the amount of information received the most comments.

Beginning this month, we will be reducing the frequency to twice a week and you will receive WPC Daily every Tuesday and Thursday. By request, the Thursday WPC Daily will continue as Destination Thursday and feature nature related weekend activities and places to visit.

We hope you will continue to join us every Tuesday and Thursday to start your morning with nature.

Your continued comments on the WPC Daily and suggestions on how we can improve this Western Pennsylvania Conservancy feature are always appreciated.

Today's photo titled Autumn Passing shows the last of the fall foliage reflected in the cold waters of the Allegheny River. The photo was taken by WPC Volunteer Photographer John Karian who has a new photo book, Allegheny Waterway and Wetland Splendors, that is available at the Fallingwater Museum Shop (724) 329-1441 ext. 1012.
