Mapping the Clarion River Viewshed
What does the image in the inset on the left have to do with today's photo of the Clarion viewshed*?
By using a Geographic Information System (GIS) to determine the viewshed from the Clarion River, staff at WPC's Watershed Assistance Center working with a steering committee from the region can determine key areas to include in the Clarion River Greenway plan.
