Each Heritage Circle gift plays a vital role in preserving the natural heritage of our region for generations to come. Each gift is also structured to provide value to the donor as well as to the organization.

How everyone wins:

• You receive tax benefits that position you and/or your estate in a way that minimizes taxation, and, depending on the gift option you choose, you may receive annual income benefits that provide you and a designated loved one with income for life at a competitive and fair rate.
• The Western Pennsylvania Conservancy receives the asset/gift upon your death. Documenting your gift intentions with us also allows us to better plan for our future and fosters a sustainable operation.
